More Bullitt Pix...

Here are a few more pix of the Bullitt Mustang as it has sat for a while now. The brakes are from Baer Racing: Extreme Plus 13.5” front brakes with 6-pistion mono-block calipers (shown) and stock rear calipers with matching 2 piece slotted rotors. Hawk HPS brake pads front and rear with Goodridge brake hoses. Tires are BF Goodrich Comp T/A KD 275/40/17 front and 315/35/17 rear on 17x9 & 17x10.5 “Bullitt” deep dish rims...





Interior has an Auto-power roll bar with removable harness brace and diagonal with Corbeau 6-point harness.





The dash is stock Bullitt with aftermarket Boost and Fuel Pressure gauges on the pillar.

And Then There Were... Three?

I wasn't in the market for a third Mustang, but an opportunity came up and I figured I'd take the plunge. This car was built by a friend who did most of the work on a fox-body '89 notchback that I owned many years ago.


This is a 2001 Mustang GT Bullitt, that was heavily modified to compete in the One Lap of America event about 4 years ago. It's been sitting for a couple years in need of a new engine. At one point, it was putting down 585hp at the wheels with a Vortech race-only blower.









A new, more docile, supercharged engine is going in now, and some various maintenance items are being completed to get it ready to hit the road again. I'll have more details in the coming weeks, but here's the assembled engine waiting to be installed.
